Electric Linear Actuator



ELA27 series is the ideal model for automated machinery with explicit demand on stroke precision.

By screwing preset M3 socket set screws, both upper and lower limits could be adjusted finely as you wish. Degree of precision up to 0.1mm.

The compact tubular design with anodized surface treatment bringing in extraordinary weather resistance, integrating high efficient ball-screw transmission and durable brush motor makes everything simple and neat. 

Built-in over current detection (OCD)unit provides users with extra proactive safety measure. Meanwhile, waterproof connector on the rear side reinforces IP level.

*With a 12V motor, the current is approximately twice the current measured in 24V.


Stroke Adjustable

There are four M3 socket set screws. Two on front side and another two are bilateral.

Front: stroke adjustment 

Bilateral: stroke fixation

Steps: Loose the bilateral screws →  Screw the front screws to change the position of upper and lower limits → Tighten the bilateral screws.

Over Current Detection (OCD)

OCD unit monitors the status of current at all times. When it reaches stroke limit or encounters any blockage on its way, the OCD unit shuts motor down proactively to prevent it from burning out.

Anti Pinch With Load Setting 

Set up the max. load based on your demand to make it work smarter. For instance, to lift an object weights 15kg, an actuator with preset max. load 20kg reserves 5kg allowance to activate anti pinch function.
